Men/Women Team 10km | ***Apart from participating in the 10km solo, participants can also enrol in team competition for free. If you wish to compete in the UC Corporate Charity Run 10km Team Cup, please immediately form a team with friends who have successfully registered for the 10km solo category and complete the form by 3rd October 2025 at the latest. Each participant can register for only one team, with a minimum of 4 members and a maximum of 6 members. The team's overall performance will be determined by the total time of the first 4 team members to complete the race. In case of a tie among the first 4 members, the ranking will be decided based on the finishing time of the 4th member. (Please note: Participants in the team competition must start according to their individual category's starting time; otherwise, their time results will not be calculated.) | ||

Important Notes
Registration
- Click "Enrol Now" at the top of the page, fill in and submit the online enrolment form, and pay the enrolment fee by e-payment.
- For team registration, participants can click "Team Cup" at the top of this page with their "Application Number" and "Contact Number" to complete team formation.
- Participants are not allowed to resell their registration slots, bib numbers, timing chips, etc., or switching groups with others. Once confirmed, the participant will be disqualified, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a participant if false or inaccurate personal information is provided.
- Participants must wear a valid bib number issued by the Organiser to access the track. If participants do not start according to their designated group's start time, the organiser will disqualify them.
Runner Bib
- Runner bib will be sent to the address you provided upon successful enrolment one to two weeks before the event day.
Health and Safety Guidelines
- Participants should make sure their health condition is suitable for participating in the race. If in doubt, it is strongly advised to seek medical advice in advance.
- Participants must understand the nature of the activities and be aware that the event requires physical exertion. Participants should be in a good physical health and capable of participating in the event. The Organiser suggests all participants monitor their physical conditions during the event to determine if they are fit to participate. If feeling unwell during the event, please stop immediately and seek assistance from on-site staff.
- By submitting application and participating in the event, participants agree to assure the Organiser that their physical health is suitable for participation and completion of the event without the need for medical or other assistance.
- Participants are advised to take protective measures against UV exposure and heat, such as applying sunscreen, wearing hats, and staying hydrated.
- Pregnant individuals or those with chronic illnesses such as heart disease and high blood pressure should not participate in this event.
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event.
- The Organiser has purchased public liability insurance for this event, participants are advised to arrange personal accident insurance on their own.
Adverse Weather
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted at 8:00 am or later on the day before the event, the event will be cancelled.
- If the Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted at 4:00 am or later on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
- If the race is cancelled due to the above adverse weather conditions / warnings, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- If adverse weather conditions or any of the above warnings are in effect during the event, the Event Director has the right to alter the event route or postpone the event. The enrolment fee will not be refunded.
- Given the charitable nature of this event, the registration fee cannot be refunded in case of event cancellation.
- Participants can visit the Hong Kong Observatory's website at www.hko.gov.hk to check the weather conditions on the race day before departure.
Race Attire
- Participants are recommended to wear lightweight, quick-drying, heat-dissipating sports clothes.
- Avoid wearing new running shoes on the race day.
- Children should avoid wearing oversized or ill-fitting sportswear.
Notes for 3km Family Run
- Prepare an extra set of clothes for children participating in the race.
- Bring wet towels, drinking water and biscuits to help children replenish their energy.
- It is ideal to engage children in light exercises for 20 to 30 minutes daily if time allows as pre-race practice. Start with sprint running, chasing running, and then progress to intermittent fast running and slow running to complete the specified mileage. Do not put too much pressure on children, let them enjoy the fun of the race and share the joy of parent-child bonding.
- Before the race, make sure the children have sufficient warm-up exercises and keep them hydrated. Ensure the water temperature is not too cold or too hot to avoid affecting digestion or making it difficult to drink.
- After the race, let the children rest to recover their energy and change into dry clothes. It is advisable for them to go to bed early when they return home that evening.

- Driving: The event is held in the middle of the 8W and 10W buildings. Parking at the P2 lot will be closer to the event venue. (parking lot fee: HK$20/hour)
Environmental Protection
- Participants should bring their water bottles and towels - make good use of water dispensers along the way and reduce the usage of paper cups.
- Event staff will assist and promote clean recycling at water stations along the track and in the venue center, including paper cups, plastic bottles, waste paper, aluminum cans, and banana peels. Let's all be eco-friendly runners!
Important Notes
- Participants are not allowed to bring any items that pose a threat or impede the progress of the race (such as offensive weapons, or items that impede other participants) into the competition area. Offenders will be immediately asked to leave the track and disqualified.
- Pets of any kind, or any form of wheeled objects, such as wheelchairs, bicycles, rollerblades, trolleys, or shoes with built-in or attached wheels, are prohibited from entering the race area.
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is proven to have received outside assistance in any form during the race.
- To ensure the safety of all participants, event staff will maintain order along the track. Participants must obey the instructions of the staff.
- To reduce congestion and prevent accidents, participants are requested to leave the finish area promptly after crossing the finish line.
- Participants shall not conduct or attempt to conduct any behavior that violates the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or the National Security Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at any time during the event or at any venue or area related to the event.
Others
- Participants' personal belongings can be stored in the luggage storage area provided by the Organiser. Do not carry valuable items as the Organiser will not be held responsible for any damage or loss, and no compensation will be provided. Participants using this arrangement are deemed to have accepted this condition.
- If assistance or inquiries are needed during the event, please contact the information desk and speak to the staff.
- All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Organiser reserves the right to modify and interpret the above race rules.
Disclaimer
- Participants should prioritise safety. In the event that participation or completion of the activity is unsuitable due to health conditions, leading to injury, death, or any property loss to oneself or others, participants agree to absolve the Organiser of all responsibilities.
