All participants are entitled to team up and join "Team Cup" for free. Each participant can only join one team.

10KM Team Cup Male (Each team must consist of a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 people.)

10KM Team Cup Female (Each team must consist of a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 people.)

5KM Team Cup Male (Each team must consist of a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 people.)

5KM Team Cup Female (Each team must consist of a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 people.)

Note:

Participants should start according to their own start time, otherwise his/her time will not be counted for Team Cup result.
"Participant 1" will be the team leader of the team. A team confirmation email will be sent after the application form is submitted.
